%s found dead inside the elevator shaft in Storage Area 6. Most likely the subject got there while running away from one of the SCP-939 instances. A repair team has been sent after recontainment of all four (4) SCP-939 specimens was completed.

Subject D-9341 was found deceased in a pool of blood at [DATA EXPUNGED], bleeding from the ears having suffered ruptured eardrums. SCP-513 was discovered near the body, apparently having been previously refined using SCP-914. SCP-513 was immediately contained in gelatin by the responding Mobile Task Force to prevent further incidents of a similar nature.
